General requirement for marriage formalities in Indonesia:

1. A copy of letter signed by the priest stating has performed a religious ceremony according to their respective belief.
2. A widow/widower must present a copy of the death certificate of the former spouse. If there has been a divorce, the decree absolute.
3. A letter legalized by respective Embassy/Consulate General in Indonesia certifying that the couple have no objection to getting married in Indonesia.
4. Copy of birth certificate.
5. Copy of passport.
6. Supply detail of full names, addresses, professions of the witness. (Two witnesses are required).
7. Copy of the registration form of the hotel they are staying at.
8. A letter signed by both parties certifying that their marriage is based on mutual agreement.
9. Black and white or color photograph 6 x 4 cm (6 pieces) of couple side by side in same photo (6 cm width x 4 cm height). Close to this size is acceptable.
10. Couple must give notice of they are intention to the Register Marriage in the district where the marriage is to be perform.

We shall take care of point 7 and 10. We need you to organize point 1 and 2 if applicable and all other point.
