Hotel's staff are very friendly especially spa attendant and waitress during breakfast time. We really enjoy the body massage, very satisfy with the service at the spa.

The staffs at Kuta Paradiso Hotel are friendly, Kid's Club attendant is very helpful. This hotel has a good location, close to shopping centre and many restaurants.

Swimming Pool is great. The staffs are helpful and friendly. If possible to have more functions or night party.

The staffs are very friendly. We are relaxing at the pool area. We will be back to this hotel next year.
